Other Classics
Schooners, ketches, motor sailers and other classic boats that do not fit one builder's name.
Not every great classic carries a famous builder's name on the transom. Some are one-off yachts drawn by well-known designers and built by small yards. Some are sailing boats that were cruised hard for decades, and some are survivors of a type that is no longer built. We feature them here, under sail and under power.
On a boat like this, the designer, the original builder and the restoration record matter more than the model number. Condition, rig, and how well her history has been documented tell you most of what you need to know.
Not sure what to look for? That is what we do. Tell us the classic you are after and we will search for you as your buyer's agent.
