 # Find My Yacht

Tell us the classic yacht you're after. We search for you, work as your buyer's agent and bring you the right boat, listed or not.

## How it works

You tell us what you want. We do the looking.

1

### Tell us what you want

Builder, size, budget and timeline. A few minutes is enough.

2

### We search the market

Listings, other brokers, and boats that are not advertised.

3

### We screen and visit

We check history and condition, see the boat for you, and report back honestly.

4

### We negotiate and close

Offer, survey, sea trial, paperwork and delivery, with you the whole way.

The more you tell us, the better. Every field except your name, email and what you're looking for is optional.

## How you pay

We work for you as your buyer's agent. A monthly search retainer of $500 pays for the work of finding, screening and reaching out on your behalf. If you buy a boat through us, the full amount of the retainer is credited back to you at closing. If you do not, it covers the work we did.

Visits to see boats for you are billed at cost, with your approval first. Everything is set out in a written agreement before we start.

We respond personally, usually within one business day. We never sell your information.
