## About this yacht

Silver Seas was built in 1998 by Burger Boat Company as a custom 107-foot raised-pilothouse yacht for a returning Burger client, to a design by Don O'Keeffe. She has had three owners. The interior is open and bright, with a large country kitchen, a full-beam master stateroom with a centerline king bed, and three more guest staterooms, sleeping eight in all. The captain and crew have three cabins of their own, for up to six.

She is powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 diesels of 1,800 hp each, with a top speed of about 20 knots and a range of around 3,000 nautical miles at economical speeds. Her most recent owner carried out a multi-year restoration: the hull was re-faired and repainted in 2024, the engines and transmissions were overhauled, the air conditioning was renewed, and the interior varnish and hardware were restored. She carries Naiad stabilizers and a full electronics suite, and she is in Fort Lauderdale.

## Why a Burger like this

Burger Boat Company of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, has built custom aluminum yachts for decades, and a 107-footer built for a repeat client is a very particular kind of boat. For a buyer who wants the scale of a larger yacht with real long-range ability, boats like Silver Seas do not come up often.
